As a Quality Control Technician at Duininck, you will become an integral part of specialized infrastructure projects involving critical constructions such as military runways, Department of Transportation roads, and high-stakes concrete works for aviation and defense facilities. It provides a robust benefits package that includes paid time off, per diem allowances when applicable, strong health plans, dental and vision insurance, company-paid life insurance, short-term disability, and participation in a 401K plan with company matching.

Your work will contribute substantially to maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards required for these high-impact public and defense infrastructure projects. The role requires a detail-oriented individual who is organized, able to work independently, and has a strong commitment to safety and adherence to regulatory requirements including MSHA and OSHA standards.

Joining Duininck means becoming part of a century-old tradition of craftsmanship and innovation that values every team member’s contribution to shaping America’s critical infrastructure. The position demands physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions, handle lifting tasks up to 50 pounds, and willingness to travel throughout North and West Texas.
