The role of Quality Control Specialist (levels I through IV) at SEACORP involves a crucial responsibility in maintaining the quality integrity of products and services throughout the entire production lifecycle. The specialist will conduct detailed inspections and verifications during receipt, in-process stages, and final outgoing inspections to ensure compliance with internal standards and customer requirements. Working closely with project leads, engineers, and technicians, they will help define appropriate inspection points and levels of oversight to maintain high precision in every manufactured item, particularly fabricated metal products that must align perfectly with technical drawings and specifications. This role is fundamental to SEACORP's operations, especially considering the strict quality demands of defense manufacturing.

Additionally, the Quality Control Specialist will manage and analyze quality data, supporting continuous process improvements and contributing to the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) designed to enhance the company’s quality frameworks. This also includes managing objective quality evidence (OQE), handling return material authorizations (RMAs), and generating certificates of conformance (C-of-Cs) to document compliance. The role entails overseeing the calibration and maintenance of specialized test equipment, ensuring accuracy and reliability of all measurements and testing procedures.

Candidates must hold a high school diploma or GED and possess at least three years of relevant experience in quality control or a related field. Due to the sensitive nature of the work, applicants must be U.S. citizens eligible for a Secret security clearance. Travel is infrequent but may be required up to three times annually. The position demands physical stamina due to extended periods of sitting or standing and the ability to perform light lifting under 40 pounds.
