The role requires adaptability as the operating schedule during training and initial launch entails an 8-to-10-hour shift pattern, eventually transitioning to a 12-hour shift schedule. As a key part of the maintenance team, you will be engaged in essential activities to ensure that production equipment is regularly inspected, maintained, and operating at optimal performance to avoid downtime. Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, calibrating equipment, and monitoring quality control through data analysis. This contributes to maintaining the safety, efficiency, and reliability of cutting-edge machinery such as mixing machines, coating machines, clean rooms, and assembly robots.

Success in this role comes from collaboration with production operators, engineers, and fellow technicians to identify and resolve equipment issues efficiently. You will also be expected to foster a proactive approach toward safety compliance, wearing personal protective equipment and immediately addressing hazards. Thorough documentation and reporting are critical components to track maintenance tasks and ensure operational transparency.
