Job Requirements
- High school or equivalent or three years of quality control experience
- basic math and computer skills
- background in chemistry and laboratory environment preferred
- good written and oral communication skills
- good organizational skills
- analytical thinking ability
- good hand eye coordination
- self-motivated with strong initiative
- ability to learn and follow established procedures without deviation
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- good training and leadership skills
- ability to work hours necessary to complete assigned tasks

Job Duties
- Performs micro blend operation
- tests finished products, packages, water, syrup, and high-fructose corn syrup
- monitors production lines for beverage quality
- calibrates equipment
- testing and treat water
- microbiology collecting, plating, reading and recording
- receives concentrate
- controls lab inventory (Kanban)
- trains new technicians
- CIP Verification/Setup/Perform
- organizes storage, perform housekeeping and trash removal
- other duties as assigned
