The Lead Lab Technician role at Pepsi Bottling Ventures is a pivotal position dedicated to ensuring that all beverage products meet the highest standards set by PepsiCo North America (PCNA). Job Requirements
- High school or equivalent or three years of quality control experience
- basic math and computer skills
- background in chemistry and laboratory environment preferred

Job Duties
- Performs micro blend operation
- tests finished products, packages, water, syrup, and high-fructose corn syrup
- monitors production lines for beverage quality
- calibrates equipment
- testing and treat water
- microbiology collecting, plating, reading and recording
- receives concentrate
- controls lab inventory (Kanban)
- trains new technicians
- CIP Verification/Setup/Perform
- organizes storage, perform housekeeping and trash removal
- other duties as assigned
