Job Description

CTL Aerospace is a well-established, full-service NADCAP certified composite manufacturing company that has been serving major aerospace and governmental organizations since 1946. The company specializes in the manufacturing of Fiber Reinforced Polymer Structures, which are integral components of aerospace technology and infrastructure. CTL Aerospace operates with a commitment to quality, precision, and innovation, continually striving to meet stringent industry requirements and maintain its reputation as a leader in composite manufacturing. The company is situated in northern Cincinnati, Ohio, providing a strategic location that is less than 30 minutes from Dayton and northern Kentucky. This geographic positioning facilitates efficient service delivery to a wide range of clients in the aerospace sector and beyond.

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Quality Control Inspector II to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role requires an individual who can perform detailed dimensional and visual inspections on components and final assemblies, utilizing monitoring and measuring equipment. The ideal candidate will have experience working within a high-standard quality system, compliance with business policies, and the ability to support overall business goals and objectives. This position demands a strong understanding of blueprint reading, basic shop math skills, and an introductory knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).

In this role, the Quality Control Inspector II will be responsible for maintaining work-station cleanliness, generating inspection and First Article Inspection (FAI) reports, and assisting in the issuing of Nonconformance Reports when necessary. The ability to multi-task and work independently with minimal supervision is critical, as is the capability to work effectively as part of a team. The position offers the chance to contribute directly to the quality assurance processes that underpin CTL Aerospace's commitment to producing superior composite materials for critical aerospace applications. CTL Aerospace provides a competitive pay rate based on experience and an excellent benefits package, making this an attractive opportunity for professionals seeking to advance their career in aerospace manufacturing quality control.
