Job Requirements
- Must have a minimum of two years of experience in custodial services
- Must possess knowledge of Ability One mission and expectations
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
- Must have excellent team member and customer service skills
- Must be physically able to perform general tasks detailed in the assigned contract
- Must interact appropriately with customers and team members
- Must possess a valid driver’s license in the state they reside, have a satisfactory driving record, and be insurable under the corporate policy
- Must meet eligibility requirements for work assignment on the specified contract or contracts
- Must be able to pass organization screening requirements, including state or federal background screenings, as appropriate
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Inspect custodial services for defects and timeliness
- Ensure compliance with GCE Quality Control Plan and performance standards
- Investigate and analyze customer complaints
- Provide root cause analysis and corrective recommendations
- Communicate performance objectives to Project Managers and operational staff
- Monitor adherence to contract requirements
- Report discrepancies and service deficiencies
