Job Description

Strive Pharmacy is a dedicated personalized compounding pharmacy that emerged from a strong belief that medicine should adapt to fit the patient’s unique needs rather than forcing patients to conform to a one-size-fits-all approach. Founded to challenge the traditional pharmaceutical industry's impersonal nature, Strive Pharmacy places the human element at the heart of its operations. Their commitment revolves around individualized care, nuanced clinical practice, and fostering genuine partnerships with both patients and healthcare providers. Each pharmaceutical formulation prepared by Strive is uniquely crafted to address the specific requirements of an individual, reflecting the company’s philosophy that every patient interaction deserves personalized, attentive care.

Established as a pioneer in compounding pharmacy services, Strive Pharmacy strives to disrupt and improve how personalized healthcare is delivered. The company operates with a mission to create a more human, empathetic experience in pharmaceutical care by merging scientific expertise with a compassionate approach. Strive Pharmacy’s workplace culture is supportive and growth-oriented, dedicated not only to advancing patient health but also to ensuring that its employees thrive professionally and personally. This is reflected in their vibrant workplace environment in Gilbert, Arizona, featuring initiatives like Food Truck Fridays and casual dress days, which foster a warm and collaborative atmosphere. Their commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion also ensures a respectful, welcoming setting for all employees.

Strive Pharmacy is actively searching for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Technician to join their full-time team. This role is essential in maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance aligned with Strive’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and regulatory requirements. The position is based in Gilbert, Arizona, with shift hours on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m., offering an hourly pay rate between $26.00 and $29.00.

The Quality Assurance Technician plays a critical role in the pharmaceutical production chain, ensuring products meet rigorous quality standards before they reach patients. Responsibilities include conducting thorough product and process inspections to identify defects, possible contamination, or other irregularities. The technician also supports environmental monitoring tasks to assure personnel and workspace cleanliness and works closely with documentation to verify compliance with established protocols. Accurate labelling and material control, handling quality events and investigations responsibly, and maintaining organized records complement the technician’s duties. The role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to collaborate closely with the Quality Management team, particularly during audits and staff meetings.

Working at Strive Pharmacy means contributing to a mission that extends beyond conventional pharmacy work, focusing instead on making a tangible impact on people’s health and wellbeing. Employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package that includes employer-paid healthcare, paid time off, retirement savings plans with employer match, and other valuable perks geared towards work-life balance and financial security. Strive also supports employee health with free access to compounded medications upon valid prescription, vision and dental insurance, and even veterinary insurance, showcasing their commitment to holistic care.

This role is ideal for candidates who have experience in quality assurance or manufacturing within highly regulated industries such as pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or allied health sciences. Preferred candidates possess an associate degree or higher in a technical or scientific field and demonstrate proficiency in SOP compliance, aseptic operations, and quality assurance practices. Additionally, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability are critical to thriving in this position. Strive Pharmacy encourages applicants who are ready to be part of an innovative and people-first company dedicated to reshaping personalized healthcare.
