LTM, a part of Larsen & Toubro, is a leading AI-centric global technology services company known for its innovative approach to technology and business transformation. With a workforce of over 87,000 employees spread across 40 countries, LTM excels in blending human insights with intelligent systems to unlock greater value at the intersection of technology and domain expertise. The company specializes in integrated operations, business AI, and transformational services, empowering major global enterprises to create new productivity paradigms and stay ahead in competitive markets. LTM's commitment to business creativity and technology excellence establishes it as a trusted partner for some of the world's most disruptive organizations.

We are seeking a highly skilled Hardware Validation and Server Qualification Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role centers on leading and executing qualification activities for various server hardware components such as BIOS, BMC, CPUs, GPUs, RAM, CPLD, FPGA, DIMM, HDD, SSD, NVMe, and NICs. The candidate will be responsible for conducting comprehensive hardware validation tasks including stability testing, performance benchmarking, and in-depth issue triaging across diverse server platforms. Additionally, this role involves validating firmware, drivers, and operating system compatibility across multiple environments including Windows, Ubuntu, Hyper-V, and virtualized platforms.

The position also focuses on storage validation, encompassing RAID configurations, Smart Array/HBA controllers, DAS, SAN, and drive qualification. Network performance analysis, covering throughput, latency, and bandwidth utilization, is a critical part of the role. Candidates will leverage stress and performance testing tools such as Prime95, Intel pTAT, IOmeter, FIO, Ntttcp, SOC Perf, and Latte for thorough system validation. Debugging hardware and software failures through collaboration with ODM, OEM, and engineering teams is essential to ensure timely issue resolution.

Furthermore, the role supports server bring-up activities, including boot flow validation, PCI/PCIe validation, and protocol testing of SCSI, SAS, and SATA interfaces. The engineer will drive automation initiatives, maintain documentation, regularly report test results, and ensure release readiness. Effective tracking of bugs, validation statuses, and qualification sign-offs is mandatory. Candidates should possess a robust understanding of server architecture and hardware qualification processes, alongside hands-on experience with BIOS, BMC, CPU, GPU, memory, storage, and networking technologies.

Expertise in storage concepts such as RAID, SAN, DAS, and HBA controllers is vital, as is a strong grasp of network performance validation and troubleshooting techniques. Familiarity with firmware, drivers, PCI/PCIe protocols, and server boot processes is required. Proficiency in both Windows and Linux OS installations, Hyper-V, and other virtualization technologies supports the validation and testing workflows. Strong debugging, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills are indispensable for success in this role. Experience with scripting and automation tools is considered an advantage, enhancing the efficiency and scalability of testing procedures.

The compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with skills, experience, performance, and internal equity. Benefits include comprehensive medical coverage, disability plans, various insurance options, retirement plans with company match, and generous leave policies. LTM is committed to diversity and equal opportunity in the workplace and does not charge candidates any fees for employment-related processes. Join LTM to be part of a forward-thinking organization that values innovation, inclusivity, and business creativity.
