Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 1 year experience in restaurant or retail management preferred
- valid state driver’s license
- flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- ability to communicate effectively with team and guests
- physical ability to perform restaurant tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs
- willingness to undergo background check and drug screening
- commitment to uphold company policies and values
- ability to work in fast-paced environment
- availability for training up to 90 days
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years restaurant management experience preferred
- proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- valid state driver’s license required
- Serv Safe Manager certification preferred

Job Duties
- Provide excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner
- recruit, interview, select, hire, and complete onboarding for all positions
- maintain a clean restaurant environment by performing general housekeeping duties
- delegate job responsibilities and ensure completion
- establish and maintain production management systems
- direct team to prepare and serve food according to brand and health regulations
- supervise and coach team members on food preparation and standards
- ensure ongoing training on brand and company standards
- cascade relevant information and maintain communication boards
- implement new brand campaigns and product training
- ensure product quality, food safety, and operational standards
- monitor cash, sales, and inventory control accuracy
- communicate regularly with district manager
- complete daily, weekly, and periodic paperwork and administrative duties
- guarantee a safe environment for team and guests
- complete incident reports according to company policy
- manage financial and operational metrics to ensure profitability
- conduct team member check-ins and provide positive feedback
- implement progressive discipline for performance issues
- embody company values in all actions
