Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 3 years supervisory experience in fast-food industry
- Ability to lead, motivate, train and develop team members
- Knowledge of payroll, accounting, and inventory processes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and POS software
- Valid driver's license
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 3 years supervisory experience in the fast-food industry preferred
- Proficient planning and analytical skills including understanding P&L and budget reports
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational knowledge of POS software
- Valid driver's license required
