- prior restaurant or retail experience preferred
- ability to work days, evenings, and overnight shifts

Job Duties
- Provide excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner and coach team members to do the same
- maintain a clean restaurant environment by cleaning and performing general housekeeping duties
- assign shift duties to team members and follow up to ensure completion
- direct team and ensure all food items are prepared and served according to Brand, Company, and health department regulations
- coach team members to follow guidelines for food preparation and production management
- ensure product quality, food safety, and operational standards are met
- monitor and ensure accuracy of all cash, sales, and inventory control records during the shift
- complete end of shift and end of day paperwork and counts as required
- communicate any discrepancies to immediate supervisor
- guarantee a safe environment for team members and guests by complying with government laws and safety codes
- complete reports on all incidents following the 5-minute rule policy
