As a Cook at Muckleshoot Casino Resort, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food daily, ensuring that each product meets the highest standards of quality and presentation. You will season and cook dishes according to recipes or your own judgment and experience, regulate cooking equipment temperatures such as ovens and grills, and maintain cleanliness and organization within the kitchen. Emphasizing excellent guest service and professionalism, you will embody the values of Muckleshoot Casino Resort and contribute positively to the team environment. Your role entails weighing, measuring, mixing ingredients, testing food for proper doneness, and adhering to food storage principles and departmental uniform standards.
