This role offers an excellent opportunity to make a direct impact on product quality and safety by collaborating with various cross-functional teams. The technician will perform both routine and non-routine laboratory procedures including sample receiving, weighing, grinding, and compositing that are essential for downstream testing. This role requires familiarity with Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) and hands-on operation and maintenance of advanced lab instrumentation such as HPLC (High-Performance Liquid Chromatography), GC/MS (Gas Chromatography/Mass Spectrometry), and other laboratory equipment following Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) procedures. The successful candidate will need to notify supervisors or production operators if any laboratory tests fall outside of specifications, thereby ensuring product quality and safety.
Sensient offers a competitive hourly wage of $24.80 USD for this position, with salary reflective of education, experience, specialized training, and labor market conditions. The company provides a comprehensive benefits package designed to support the overall well-being of employees and their families.
