TRCC, headquartered in the heart of Northwest Georgia, has evolved from its origins as a latex supplier for the tufted carpet industry into a global leader in advanced chemical solutions. With an extensive footprint spanning every continent, TRCC continues to innovate and provide high-quality chemical products that meet the needs of various industries worldwide. The company's growth is driven by its commitment to research, quality, and customer satisfaction, making it a recognized name in the chemical manufacturing sector.

Currently, TRCC is seeking a dedicated Quality Control Lab Technician to join its Greenville, South Carolina facility for the 3rd Shift. This role is essential in maintaining the high standards of product quality through precise chemical testing and analysis. The position requires the technician to perform various chemical and physical tests that help establish quality control and quality assurance for the manufactured products. The role includes training on the 1st shift until the candidate masters the necessary skills, after which the individual will transition to the 3rd shift. This role demands precision and accuracy in all tests and the diligent maintenance of laboratory cleanliness and readiness. Record-keeping, sample management, preparation of Certificates of Analysis (CoAs), and timely reporting are critical components of the job.

Ideal candidates will have a strong knowledge of chemicals and their hazards, be able to stand for long periods at a lab bench, and possess good reading and comprehension skills. Experience with enterprise resource planning software like SAP is preferred. Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 25 pounds, work in varying temperature environments, and the capability to pass a respirator certification. The work schedule involves Monday through Friday on the 3rd shift from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am, with mandatory overtime as needed. The salary range for this position is between $22.00 and $24.00 per hour, commensurate with experience and education.

TRCC offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, short and long term disability coverage, life insurance, flexible spending and health savings accounts, and a 401(k) plan with immediate contribution eligibility and matching. Paid time off is also provided to support the well-being of its employees.

This opportunity is ideal for candidates seeking a hands-on role in a leading chemical manufacturing company where dedication to quality and safety is paramount.
