The role of QC Technician at Michigan Paving and Materials in Kalamazoo, Michigan, is an exciting position that combines hands-on laboratory work with the rigor of safety and procedural compliance. As an integral member of the team's construction and materials operations division, the QC Technician will be responsible for supporting laboratory testing and analysis to maintain quality and operational standards. Previous experience with inductively coupled plasma (ICP) analysis is considered an asset, although not required. Additionally, proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is expected to ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting.
