QC Lab Tech 2nd Shift

Meridian is currently seeking a Quality Control (QC) Technician to join their team based in Las Vegas. This role is a second shift position working from 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm Monday through Friday. The QC Technician will play a critical part in ensuring product quality and compliance by testing manufactured batches and incoming raw materials, collecting and analyzing data, and maintaining accurate records. This full-time hourly position offers a competitive wage range of $21 to $24 per hour, with the actual pay depending on experience and skills. Additionally, Meridian provides an incentive plan for 2026 with bonuses related to safety, quality, and financial targets, offering eligible employees the chance to earn up to $1,520 per year.

The QC Technician role requires comprehensive attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and proficient communication abilities. The technician will be responsible for performing laboratory tests on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products to ensure they meet all relevant specifications. Key job functions include preparing test samples, maintaining laboratory instruments, calibrating equipment, and complying with safety regulations and standard operating procedures (SOPs). This position also involves extensive data entry, documentation, and reporting to ensure traceability and regulatory compliance.

Collaboration with team members to resolve quality issues and participate in process improvement initiatives is an important part of the job.
