The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, the ability to interpret testing standards, and the capacity to write detailed technical reports. Experience working in an ISO/TS 16949 and ISO 14001 environment and familiarity with SAP, Microsoft Office, and quality control software suites like SQC and SPC are crucial. Working both independently and collaboratively, this position demands exceptional organizational skills and a deep understanding of lab processes in a manufacturing setting. You will typically work within a plant and lab environment having standard working hours but will occasionally be required to attend offsite locations as per organizational needs. We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement plans, short and long-term disability, pet insurance, paid time off, and holidays—all designed to support your health, well-being, and work-life balance.

If you are a motivated quality lab professional with a passion for automotive manufacturing quality assurance and are eager to be part of a forward-thinking company, this role offers excellent opportunities for career advancement and professional development.
