The role of Bartender at PV Pie and Wine is integral to maintaining the establishment's high standards of service and guest satisfaction. As a Bartender, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that guests are well cared for and enjoy a welcoming, enjoyable environment. Responsibilities include performing opening and closing duties such as setting up the bar, cleaning, restocking supplies, and maintaining an adequate daily bar setup. Compensation starts at $12.15 per hour plus tips, with an increased rate of $15.15 per hour during training or when attending meetings. Job Duties
- Ensure that guest(s) are taken care of and having a great experience at PV Pie and Wine
- Perform opening and closing duties to include cleaning, setting up bar and re-stocking
- Maintains proper and adequate set up of the bar daily
- Work collaboratively with other restaurant servers and kitchen/bar staff
- Follows recipes and/or product directions for mixing beverages
- Adheres to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
- Displays courtesy and professionalism in all contacts
