The role of Bartender at PV Pie and Wine is integral to maintaining the establishment's high standards of service and guest satisfaction. As a Bartender, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that guests are well cared for and enjoy a welcoming, enjoyable environment. Responsibilities include performing opening and closing duties such as setting up the bar, cleaning, restocking supplies, and maintaining an adequate daily bar setup. Collaboration with restaurant servers and kitchen staff is essential to deliver seamless service, contributing to a cohesive team environment. Precision and adherence to recipe guidelines and product directions are crucial in mixing beverages that meet the restaurant's quality standards. This position also requires strict compliance with all company safety and sanitation policies to maintain a clean and safe bar area. Professionalism and courteous interactions are expected at all times, as the bartender represents the friendly and inviting atmosphere of PV Pie and Wine. This is a non-exempt position offering both full-time and part-time employment opportunities. Compensation starts at $12.15 per hour plus tips, with an increased rate of $15.15 per hour during training or when attending meetings. Job Duties

  • Ensure that guest(s) are taken care of and having a great experience at PV Pie and Wine
  • Perform opening and closing duties to include cleaning, setting up bar and re-stocking
  • Maintains proper and adequate set up of the bar daily
  • Work collaboratively with other restaurant servers and kitchen/bar staff
  • Follows recipes and/or product directions for mixing beverages
  • Adheres to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
  • Displays courtesy and professionalism in all contacts
