The role offered is that of a Housekeeping and Laundry Expert, known within the hotel as an Expert in the guest environment. This position involves more than just cleaning rooms and making beds; it’s about creating a unique, memorable experience for each guest. The Housekeeping expert is empowered to be proactive, mobile, and flexible in responding to a variety of duties that contribute to maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall aesthetic appeal of the hotel. This includes tasks such as handling guest requests, restocking cleaning carts, cleaning guest rooms and public areas, and taking on additional responsibilities as necessary to ensure seamless hotel operations.

The position requires a keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high standards of service in alignment with company procedures and guest expectations. These associates play a crucial role in crafting the guest experience by ensuring hotel spaces are immaculate and welcoming. Physical activity is a significant component of the job, including standing, sitting, walking for extended periods, and performing tasks that involve moving or lifting objects weighing up to 50 pounds. This demanding but rewarding role contributes directly to the satisfaction of guests and the smooth functioning of the hotel.

The employment type is full-time and on-site with shifts including overnight and weekend availability preferred to support the hotel’s operations around the clock. Compensation is set at $16.48 per hour, complemented by employee discounts and other benefits.
