Job Requirements

  • previous custodial, maintenance, or housekeeping experience a plus but not required

Job Duties

  • Clean and sanitize all public areas, including lobbies, restrooms, hallways, stairwells, and other shared spaces
  • wash, dry, and fold laundry as needed to support housekeeping operations
  • assist with preparing guest rooms for check-in by supporting the housekeeping team
  • maintain cleanliness and orderliness of exterior grounds (e.g., picking up trash, emptying trash cans, clearing walkways, cleaning dumpster area, sweeping entryways)
  • monitor common areas for safety hazards and report issues to the General Manager
  • respond promptly to emergencies, including fire alarms, water leaks, electrical outages, or other urgent facility needs
  • use cleaning products and tools safely and in accordance with training and safety guidelines
  • perform light maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, unclogging drains, or resetting breakers as trained
  • perform other job duties as assigned
