Job Requirements
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship
- Employment subject to E-Verify verification
- Must be at least 18 years of age
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous custodial, maintenance, or housekeeping experience a plus but not required
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship
- Employment subject to E-Verify verification
- Must be at least 18 years of age
Job Duties
- Clean and sanitize all public areas including lobbies, restrooms, hallways, stairwells, and other shared spaces
- Wash, dry, and fold laundry to support housekeeping operations
- Assist with preparing guest rooms for check-in by supporting the housekeeping team
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of exterior grounds including picking up trash, emptying trash cans, clearing walkways, cleaning dumpster area, and sweeping entryways
- Monitor common areas for safety hazards and report issues to the General Manager
- Respond promptly to emergencies such as fire alarms, water leaks, electrical outages, or other urgent facility needs
- Use cleaning products and tools safely and perform light maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, unclogging drains, or resetting breakers as trained
