Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Minimum of one-year experience in housekeeping or similar hospitality role
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and cooperatively within a team
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Physical capability to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift, carry, or move objects up to 75 lbs
- Adherence to safety and hygiene protocols
- Background check and pre-employment drug screening required
- Authorization to work in the United States

Job Duties
- Create guest satisfaction and exceed expectations by providing service brand standards and genuine hospitality
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation in all front and back-of-house areas
- Maintain hotel elevator landings by vacuuming, cleaning surfaces including glass and furniture, dusting, and removal of trash/recycling
- Collect and transport dirty glassware to stewarding for washing and return clean glassware to service landings
- Notify supervisor promptly of any special guestroom/suite issues and report maintenance needs
- Maintain the cleanliness of hotel public areas including lobby, bathrooms, elevators, and fitness center equipment
- Refill sanitizing stations and replenishes all supplies in public and employee bathrooms
- Walk guest floors to remove dirty linens or trash
- Use cleaning products properly and follow protocols
- Report any security or safety related issues to management
- Work as a team member to maintain a pleasant work environment and positive inter-departmental relationships
- Provide personal attention and use teamwork when delivering guest service
- Perform other duties as required to provide 100% guest satisfaction and genuine hospitality
