The featured role focuses on ensuring 100 percent guest satisfaction by maintaining clean, comfortable, and safe public spaces within managed hotels in Choice Hotels' portfolio, including well-known brands such as Radisson Blu, Radisson, Radisson Red, Park Plaza, and Country Inn & Suites by Radisson. This position demands a commitment to upholding high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout both front-of-house guest areas and back-of-house employee spaces. Responsibilities include cleaning and maintenance of hotel elevator landings, hallways, service landings, linen closets, lobby floors and furniture, restrooms, fitness centers, parking elevators, and more.

Successful candidates will play a critical role in delivering the Radisson experience by exceeding guest expectations through genuine hospitality, consistent cleanliness, and adherence to brand service standards. The role involves working independently or collaboratively as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and the flexibility to work varied schedules including weekends and holidays. The physical demands include standing, walking, lifting up to 75 pounds, and performing manual tasks using typical hotel cleaning equipment and supplies.

Job Duties

  • Ensure 100 percent guest satisfaction by maintaining clean, comfortable, and safe public spaces
  • maintain high standards of cleanliness in both front-of-house and back-of-house areas
  • clean and vacuum hotel elevator landings, guest hallways, and service landings
  • collect and transport dirty glassware to stewarding and return clean glassware
  • notify supervisors promptly of any guestroom or maintenance issues
  • clean and sanitize lobby, bathrooms, elevators, fitness centers, and parking areas
  • replenish supplies such as paper goods, soaps, and sanitizing stations
  • collect and dispose of trash and recycling
  • ensure all hallway doors and housekeeping closets are secure
  • deliver guest needs and service rooms as required
  • follow safety procedures when handling cleaning supplies
  • maintain positive interdepartmental relationships
  • follow all hotel policies and procedures
  • perform additional duties as required to provide genuine hospitality and exceed guest expectations
