Job Requirements
- Minimum of one-year hospitality experience in housekeeping
- ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively
- strong attention to detail
- commitment to exceptional guest service
- willingness to work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- adherence to hotel policies and procedures
- physical ability to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods
- ability to lift or move up to 75 pounds
- ability to use manual dexterity for common equipment such as computers and phones
- eligibility to work in the United States as verified by background check and E-Verify
- compliance with drug-free workplace policies

Job Duties
- Ensure 100 percent guest satisfaction by maintaining clean, comfortable, and safe public spaces
- maintain high standards of cleanliness in both front-of-house and back-of-house areas
- clean and vacuum hotel elevator landings, guest hallways, and service landings
- collect and transport dirty glassware to stewarding and return clean glassware
- notify supervisors promptly of any guestroom or maintenance issues
- clean and sanitize lobby, bathrooms, elevators, fitness centers, and parking areas
- replenish supplies such as paper goods, soaps, and sanitizing stations
- collect and dispose of trash and recycling
- ensure all hallway doors and housekeeping closets are secure
- deliver guest needs and service rooms as required
- follow safety procedures when handling cleaning supplies
- maintain positive interdepartmental relationships
- follow all hotel policies and procedures
- perform additional duties as required to provide genuine hospitality and exceed guest expectations
