Job Duties
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation in all front of the house and back-of-house areas
- Maintain hotel elevator landings by vacuuming, cleaning surfaces including glass and furniture, dusting, and trash removal
- Collect and transport dirty glassware to stewarding for washing and return clean glassware to service landings
- Notify supervisor promptly of any special guestroom or maintenance issues
- Clean and sanitize lobby, bathrooms, elevators, fitness center equipment, and public seating areas
- Refill sanitizing stations and replenish paper goods and soap dispensers
- Remove trash from all public and service areas and ensure all hallway doors and housekeeping closet doors are secured
- Serve guest rooms as needed and follow safety protocols when handling cleaning supplies
- Follow all hotel policies and create a positive interdepartmental relationship
- Provide genuine hospitality and teamwork to ensure 100% guest satisfaction
- Report any security or safety-related concerns to management
