The role available is centered on maintaining 100% guest satisfaction by ensuring clean, comfortable, and safe public spaces within the hotel environment. This position involves upholding high standards of cleanliness and presentation in both guest-facing and employee areas, including lobby, bathrooms, elevators, service landings, and fitness centers. Responsibilities extend to managing trash removal, sanitizing frequently touched surfaces, replenishing supplies, and promptly reporting maintenance or security issues. The candidate will actively contribute to a positive teamwork culture and embody the company’s cultural values, such as welcoming and respecting everyone, being bold and quick in response, listening attentively, being curious, and demonstrating integrity.

In addition to routine cleaning tasks, this role requires vigilance in ensuring the hotel's physical environment reflects the Radisson experience of genuine hospitality and guest-oriented service. Job Duties

  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation in all front of the house and back-of-house areas
  • Maintain hotel elevator landings by vacuuming, cleaning surfaces including glass and furniture, dusting, and trash removal
  • Collect and transport dirty glassware to stewarding for washing and return clean glassware to service landings
  • Notify supervisor promptly of any special guestroom or maintenance issues
  • Clean and sanitize lobby, bathrooms, elevators, fitness center equipment, and public seating areas
  • Refill sanitizing stations and replenish paper goods and soap dispensers
  • Remove trash from all public and service areas and ensure all hallway doors and housekeeping closet doors are secured
  • Serve guest rooms as needed and follow safety protocols when handling cleaning supplies
  • Follow all hotel policies and create a positive interdepartmental relationship
  • Provide genuine hospitality and teamwork to ensure 100% guest satisfaction
  • Report any security or safety-related concerns to management
