Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Prior security, customer service or administrative experience a plus
  • Management of Aggressive Behavior (MOAB) de-escalation training required within 120 days of hire
  • Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal influenza and COVID-19 or be exempt by signing a statement within company policy
  • Ability to work 20 hours per week including weekends and holidays
  • Willingness to work day/evening shifts from 2:45 pm to 8:15 pm with weekend rotation

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Prior security, customer service, or administrative experience preferred
  • Completion of Management of Aggressive Behavior (MOAB) de-escalation training within 120 days of hire
  • Ability to engage courteously with diverse populations
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Operate as the first point of contact for patients and visitors
  • Verify authorization of all individuals entering the property
  • Provide exceptional customer service by welcoming visitors and offering directions
  • Request assistance for visitors requiring special accommodations
  • Use independent problem-solving skills in absence of direct supervision
  • Ensure safety and security by managing visitor access
  • Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times
