Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or public area cleaning preferred
  • Must be able to work a physical job involving walking, standing and lifting moderately heavy items
  • Open availability to work shift from 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm including weekends and holidays
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to interact professionally with guests
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently
  • Must comply with Hyatt's safety and operational standards

Job Qualifications

  • Good communication skills
  • Previous hotel or housekeeping experience preferred
  • Ability to stand and walk for the entire duration of the shift
  • Ability to lift, push and carry moderate weight consistently
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
  • Customer service orientation
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Maintain cleanliness of all public spaces such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms and meeting areas
  • Use hotel-approved cleaning products and equipment effectively and safely
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries in a courteous and professional manner
  • Inspect public areas regularly and report maintenance or safety issues
  • Assist with setup and breakdown of public event spaces as needed
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure overall guest satisfaction
  • Comply with all Hyatt safety and housekeeping policies and procedures
