Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or public area cleaning preferred
- Must be able to work a physical job involving walking, standing and lifting moderately heavy items
- Open availability to work shift from 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to interact professionally with guests
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Must comply with Hyatt's safety and operational standards
Job Qualifications
- Good communication skills
- Previous hotel or housekeeping experience preferred
- Ability to stand and walk for the entire duration of the shift
- Ability to lift, push and carry moderate weight consistently
- Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Customer service orientation
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness of all public spaces such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms and meeting areas
- Use hotel-approved cleaning products and equipment effectively and safely
- Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries in a courteous and professional manner
- Inspect public areas regularly and report maintenance or safety issues
- Assist with setup and breakdown of public event spaces as needed
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure overall guest satisfaction
- Comply with all Hyatt safety and housekeeping policies and procedures
