Job Requirements

- Maintain a clean and professional uniform and personal appearance

- Move at speed required to respond to work situations
- Visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines for defects
- Handle objects of various sizes and weights requiring fine motor skills and good hand-eye coordination
- Reach overhead and below the knees including bending, twisting, dragging, and stooping
- Navigate narrow, confined, or elevated spaces
- Move on inclined, uneven, slippery surfaces and stairs
- Climb up and down ladders, stairs, and service ramps
- Move, lift, transport, and place objects weighing up to 55 pounds without assistance and over 55 pounds with assistance
- Push and pull maintenance carts loaded with equipment on uneven surfaces
- Stand, sit, kneel, or walk for prolonged periods during work shifts
- Perform other reasonable work tasks as assigned by supervisors
Job Qualifications
- No high school diploma or GED required
- No prior related work experience required
- No supervisory experience required
- No licenses or certifications required
Job Duties
- Clean showers and public and employee restrooms
- Clean glass surfaces in public and employee areas
- Clean floor surfaces in public and employee spaces using chemicals, supplies, and designated equipment
- Dust surfaces in assigned areas
- Empty trash containers, ashtrays, and ash urns in public areas into appropriate containers
- Inspect furniture for damage such as breaks, tears, and stains and report damages
- Clean and maintain lighting fixtures
- Place caution signs to reduce traffic when necessary
- Contact other departments directly for urgent repairs
- Respond promptly to guest and departmental requests
- Identify and report preventive maintenance or safety issues in public or guest room areas
