The company takes pride in fostering a collaborative and inclusive working environment, investing in the personal and professional development of its employees, and promoting diversity through equal opportunity employment policies. Kohler’s mission is to contribute to a higher level of gracious living for individuals touched by the products and services offered. This dedication extends to their workforce, where associates are supported through ongoing development programs and a comprehensive benefits package.

This unique location provides a dynamic workplace where attention to detail and a passion for guest service are paramount. The team at LODGE KOHLER is committed to maintaining the beauty and charm of the hotel’s guest facilities, ensuring every visitor experiences an inviting and pristine environment.

The role of Public Area Attendant at LODGE KOHLER is a critical position within the housekeeping department, tasked with the upkeep of all public and communal spaces within the boutique hotel. Responsibilities extend to specialized areas such as the hotel spa and its treatment rooms, where meticulous cleaning of wet and dry zones—including showers, wet rooms, saunas, steam rooms, and lounges—is essential to guest satisfaction and safety.

Additionally, the Public Area Attendant will be responsible for cleaning the hotel’s restaurant spaces, encompassing furnishings, fittings, floors, walls, and guest contact surfaces. This comprehensive scope ensures that guests encounter a consistently clean and appealing environment during their entire stay. Duties also include window and wall cleaning, high dusting, and overseeing external property maintenance activities such as sweeping exterior areas and emptying waste receptacles both inside and outside the premises.

This part-time position offers weekday and weekend shifts from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, providing flexibility for candidates seeking a role that supports a work-life balance while contributing meaningfully to the hotel’s operations. The hourly wage ranges between $13.10 and $19.60, influenced by factors like education and work location. Kohler Co. values its associates and provides competitive compensation along with an attractive benefits package including health, dental, vision insurance, and a 401(k) plan with company matching.

Joining the LODGE KOHLER housekeeping team means becoming part of a vibrant workplace culture that emphasizes excellence, teamwork, and dedication to guest experience. The company is committed to equal opportunity employment, ensuring a respectful and supportive work environment for all associates regardless of race, creed, religion, age, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, marital status, national origin, disability, or veteran status.
