Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial services preferred
  • Ability to work shifts including weekdays and weekends
  • Capacity to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
  • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and proper use of cleaning equipment
  • Ability to follow instructions and operate independently
  • Good interpersonal skills to interact with team members and guests

Job Duties

  • Cleaning and sanitizing all public areas and restrooms
  • Cleaning all floor surfaces throughout the building using correct equipment, chemicals, and procedures
  • Cleaning all furniture and properly placing them in lobby and public spaces
  • Cleaning hotel spa and all its treatment rooms
  • Cleaning spa wet and dry areas including showers, wet rooms sauna, steam rooms, and public lounges
  • Cleaning hotel restaurant space including furnishings, fittings, floors, walls, and guest contact surfaces
  • Window and wall cleaning as needed, high dusting and high area cleaning on a scheduled basis
  • Sweeping exterior and emptying all property trash cans inside and outside
  • Following a daily checklist to ensure timely cleaning within operational requirements
