You will perform various cleaning tasks including dusting, polishing furniture, vacuuming, mopping floors, shampooing carpets, washing windows, and emptying trash. Beyond cleanliness, you will also engage directly with guests by greeting them warmly, answering their questions, and addressing any service requests promptly, thereby enhancing the overall guest experience. Supporting the housekeeping team by assisting with guest room cleaning and fulfilling additional service requests further underscores your contribution to the seamless operation of the resort.
