As a Public Area Attendant, you will play an essential role in upholding the brand's standards by maintaining a clean and orderly environment throughout the hotel’s public areas. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all communal spaces, including hallways, lobbies, public restrooms, and other shared facilities, are sanitary, spotless, and welcoming. This position requires attention to detail, proactive maintenance, and a commitment to safety standards, ensuring all tasks comply with the company’s operating procedures and health regulations.

This role offers the opportunity to work within a team focused on guest satisfaction, where your positive demeanor and helpful attitude will significantly enhance visitor experiences. Job Duties

  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all public space
  • maintain cleanliness of public bathrooms, floors, empty all garbage cans, fill soap and paper towel dispensers
  • dust all pictures and mirrors, high dusting, vacuum all carpet areas
  • assist guests
  • approach all encounters with guests and associates in a friendly manner
  • comply with company standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient hotel operations
