The Public Area Attendant role at The Junto is a vital part of this vision, centered around maintaining the inviting and well-kept appearance of all public spaces within the property. The attendant plays a key role in promoting a positive image of the property, ensuring that guests enjoy a pristine and welcoming environment. Beyond cleaning duties, this role involves providing excellent customer service, addressing guest requests, and resolving any issues in a friendly and efficient manner. The areas under their care include lobbies, lobby restrooms, front desk areas, and offices, all of which must be kept neat, tidy, and comfortable.

Successful candidates for the Public Area Attendant position will possess a friendly and guest-first attitude, bringing warmth and professionalism to every interaction.
