Job Requirements

  • Ability to perform essential functions on computerized Point of Sale system
  • Working knowledge to mix and serve a wide variety of drinks
  • Working knowledge of proper operation of all bar equipment
  • Working knowledge of applicable liquor laws and regulations
  • Working knowledge of dining and beverage service procedures
  • Working knowledge of standard cash handling procedures
  • Current State Food Handler's License and OLCC certification required
  • Be a team player

Job Qualifications

  • At least 3 to 5 years of related experience
  • Extensive knowledge of drink preparation and service

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve liquor, mixed drinks, wine, beer, and nonalcoholic drinks for bar and restaurant patrons
  • Take orders and serve food and beverage items to guests in accordance with established standards
  • Recognize regulars and VIPs and build guest profiles
  • Enter orders into computerized Point of Sale system and communicate special requests to culinary team
  • Maintain a clean and organized section, including setup and breakdown of stations
  • Maintain current knowledge of food and beverage offerings including menu changes and sold-out items
  • Assess bar customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations
