The Beverage Server role at WarHorse Gaming Lincoln, LLC, is designed to deliver top-tier beverage services to guests while upholding exceptional hospitality standards and strict compliance with all applicable liquor laws and company policies. This position offers both part-time and full-time employment opportunities, with a swing shift schedule that varies according to the property's operational needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. The starting salary is $7.00 per hour plus tips, with comprehensive benefits available for full-time employees, including medical coverage, insurance, 401K with company match, incentive programs, paid leave, and meal discounts.
In this role, the Beverage Server is responsible for providing prompt and courteous service of beverages, accurately inputting orders into the Point-of-Sale (POS) system, preparing drinks according to established standards, and maintaining the cleanliness and professional appearance of their service area. The Beverage Server is expected to foster positive guest relations through friendly and efficient service, comply with all relevant legal and company standards related to alcohol service, and participate in ongoing training and team meetings. This role requires an individual capable of working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, demonstrating commitment to guest satisfaction and ethical conduct. The Beverage Server must also have the physical capability to stand and walk for extended periods, lift and carry up to 50 pounds, and perform repetitive manual tasks involved in beverage service.

Job Requirements
- Must be 19 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Ability to operate POS systems and touch-screen devices
- Commitment to guest service excellence and ethical conduct
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs as needed
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to secure and maintain Nebraska Gaming License
- ServSafe and Alcohol Awareness certifications
Job Qualifications
- Must be 19 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent education required
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Ability to operate POS systems and touch-screen devices
- Demonstrated commitment to guest service excellence and ethical conduct
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Previous experience using mobile devices or tablet applications preferred
- ServSafe and Alcohol Awareness certifications preferred
Job Duties
- Provide prompt, friendly, and efficient service of beverages to guests
- Accurately input drink orders into the Point-of-Sale (POS) system
- Prepare and garnish drinks according to established standards
- Retrieve and clear used glassware in a timely manner
- Maintain knowledge of drink menus and promotions to assist guests
- Comply with all local, state, and federal liquor laws, as well as internal policies and procedures
- Follow all guidelines under S.M.A.R.T. or T.I.P.S. training for responsible alcohol service
- Maintain proper balance of assigned server bank, where applicable
- Promote positive guest and team relations by maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor
- Attend required meetings and training sessions
- Perform additional duties as assigned
