Job Requirements
- Must have high school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 6 months of general office work experience with focus on customer service
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in basic professional computer software such as Microsoft Office and Windows
- Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently
- Must be self-directed and organized

- Must speak, read, write, and understand English

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Answers phones according to facility policy and takes and relays messages for managers and staff
- Screens calls
- Greets residents, visitors and staff and helps with their needs in a professional and compassionate manner
- Maintains work area to ensure a welcoming environment that is clean and sanitary
- Restocks supplies, refreshments, point of sale items, collateral as applicable
- Provides directions to residents, visitors, and staff making connections with the correct responsible party as needed
- Assists with tasks such as tracking facility keys and managers' schedule
- Processes work orders/IDTs ensuring they reach the correct department
- Performs clerical functions including computer data entry, sorting, filing, and photocopying
- Processes incoming and outgoing mail
- Assists with resident requests as needed
- Demonstrates a positive, professional manner and manages time efficiently
- Adheres to all organizational policies, safety guidelines, and compliance regulations
- Completes required annual education including compliance, privacy, security and HIPAA training
- Performs other duties as assigned
