The role of Suites Culinary Supervisor is a critical leadership position within this dynamic environment, based at Raymond James Stadium, the iconic home of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. As the official hospitality partner of the stadium, Legends is responsible for managing all food and beverage operations including concessions, suites, premium hospitality areas, and food activations such as those at the stadium’s famous Pirate Ship. This role offers the opportunity to be part of a team that is transforming fan experiences through superior dining offerings coupled with exceptional guest service.

A Suites Culinary Supervisor acts as second-in-command in the kitchen, working directly under the Executive Chef. Their primary focus is to ensure seamless kitchen operations, oversee food quality, and manage kitchen staff effectively. They supervise line cooks, prep cooks, and other kitchen personnel, providing training and task delegation to maintain a high level of efficiency and organization during all events including NFL games, concerts, and special functions.

Additionally, the supervisor plays a hands-on role in menu planning and preparation by assisting the Executive Chef with developing innovative recipes and maintaining strict quality control standards. They ensure all kitchen stations are properly set up and stocked, manage inventory and supplies, and uphold sanitary and safety regulations to comply with local health codes.

During service, the Suites Culinary Supervisor often acts as the expeditor, coordinating between front-of-house staff and the kitchen to guarantee timely and accurate food delivery that meets stadium standards. They address any service challenges promptly to keep operations running smoothly. They also support the Executive Chef in leadership duties and may take charge of the kitchen in their absence, ensuring the continued delivery of high-quality culinary experiences.

This role additionally involves budget management, including monitoring food costs, minimizing waste, overseeing ordering and vendor relations to ensure optimal stock levels, and communicating effectively across teams to align operational goals.

Job Requirements
