Job Requirements

  • prior experience in a kitchen supervisory role
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • ability to stand and work for extended periods

  • managing food storage and preventing contamination
  • supporting the executive chef in leadership
  • overseeing kitchen operations in executive chef's absence
  • tracking food costs and waste
  • ordering ingredients and managing vendor relationships
  • communicating with front-of-house and kitchen teams
