Job Requirements

- prior experience in a kitchen supervisory role
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- ability to stand and work for extended periods

- managing inventory and supplies
- maintaining kitchen cleanliness and sanitation
- expediting orders during service
- resolving service issues and ensuring smooth operations
- enforcing health and safety standards
- managing food storage and preventing contamination
- supporting the executive chef in leadership
- overseeing kitchen operations in executive chef's absence
- tracking food costs and waste
- ordering ingredients and managing vendor relationships
- communicating with front-of-house and kitchen teams
