This role is based in the hospitality sector within the renowned Raymond James Stadium, home of the NFL’s Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Legends serves as the official hospitality partner at this iconic stadium, responsible for the comprehensive food and beverage program development and management. This includes overseeing concessions, suites, premium areas, and special activations like the famed Pirate Ship experience for game days, concerts, and special events. The position available is the Suites Culinary Supervisor, a critical leadership role within the kitchen hierarchy. Operating as the second in command under the Executive Chef, the Suites Culinary Supervisor plays a pivotal role in ensuring outstanding kitchen operations, food quality, and guest satisfaction.

The Suites Culinary Supervisor leads and manages all culinary staff including line cooks and prep cooks, ensuring efficient performance, high standards, and smooth operations in a fast-paced stadium environment. Responsibilities extend to training kitchen personnel, assisting in recipe development and menu planning, managing workflow during game days and events, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintaining kitchen cleanliness and organization. This role demands strong leadership, culinary expertise, communication skills, and a passion for hospitality excellence.

Additionally, the Supervisor supports budgeting, food cost management, vendor relationships, and inventory control to optimize operational efficiency. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • culinary certification preferred
  • minimum of 3 years culinary experience
  • prior supervisory experience in a commercial kitchen
  • knowledge of local food safety and health regulations
  • ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure
  • strong interpersonal skills
