Job Duties

- receive, process, and manage orders from various platforms, including phone calls and online orders
- prepare and place in-room amenities for guests
- accurately input orders in the point-of-sale (POS) system and verify order details to ensure correct items, quantities, and special requests
- coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely order preparation and packaging
- assemble orders and amenities with an attention to detail ensuring timely and presentable delivery free of spills, leaks, or damage
- provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries, offering menu recommendations, and addressing any concerns or issues that arise
- bus IRD trays from guest rooms
