Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • Capability to move, lift, or carry objects weighing up to 25 pounds independently and up to 50 pounds with assistance
  • Willingness to work part-time in a non-management role
  • Adherence to company policies and procedures
  • Professional appearance and communication skills
  • Ability to work on sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces

Job Duties

  • Set tables and arrange dining areas to meet Marriott standards
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food service
  • Interact courteously and professionally with guests to enhance their dining experience
  • Serve food and beverages promptly while adhering to safety and quality guidelines
  • Clean and maintain work areas and supplies to meet hygiene standards
  • Manage menu items through visual verification and accurate information delivery
  • Perform physical tasks including lifting, carrying, and bending as required during service
