Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
at least 18 years of age (21+ preferred)
food and beverage safety certification (training provided if needed)
at least 2 years of bartender experience preferred
ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
excellent communication and customer service skills
availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
at least 18 years of age (21+ preferred)
food and beverage safety certifications (provided if needed)
previous bartender experience required with 2 years preferred
excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
outstanding communication, customer service, and cash handling skills
ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
experience using Focus or similar POS system a plus
energetic, enthusiastic, and reliable
flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
ability to work outside in all weather elements
ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Job Duties

Provide exceptional customer service and promote positive guest experience
prepare and serve both non-alcohol and alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant guests
interact with customers, take orders, and serve snacks and drinks
assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
plan and present bar menu
check IDs to ensure appropriate customers meet legal drinking age
monitor guest consumption of alcohol, following all company and state guidelines
restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
comply with all food and beverage regulations
perform other duties as needed
