The organization prides itself on fostering a warm, supportive environment that they proudly describe as 'A Community with Heart.' This commitment to exceptional senior care is integral to the broader mission of serving Lehigh County families with dedication and excellence. Cedarbrook is well-known for its comprehensive services that focus on enhancing the quality of life for seniors by addressing their medical, social, and emotional needs. The community’s team members are passionate about delivering personalized care and ensuring every resident feels valued and supported within a welcoming atmosphere. The facility combines professional expertise with genuine compassion, creating a nurturing environment that residents and their families trust and appreciate.

The role available is for a Clerical Technician/Receptionist, an entry-level clerical position essential for the smooth operation of the facility. This role involves a variety of administrative support tasks, including receptionist duties, file management, operator responsibilities, and typing tasks. The position plays a critical role in maintaining effective communication between departments and with residents’ families, supporting the operational needs of Cedarbrook across all departments. As a Clerical Tech 1, the successful candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently to support the facility’s mission of excellence. The position is part-time with a base pay rate of $15.05 per hour, supplemented by a weekend differential of an additional $2.00 per hour on weekends. The working hours include a schedule that covers every other weekend and holiday rotations, which enables balanced workload management while supporting the facility’s needs around the clock.

This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a community-focused healthcare setting, gaining valuable experience in clerical work within the senior care industry. The candidate will work closely with other team members to ensure the facility operates smoothly and residents receive the best support possible. Those who thrive in structured environments, enjoy interacting with people, and have a passion for healthcare administration will find this role particularly rewarding. Cedarbrook encourages applicants who want to make a meaningful impact by supporting seniors and their families in a professional and caring environment.
