Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- minimum 1 year office clerical experience
- ability to communicate in English and Spanish
- proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
- typing speed of 35 plus words per minute
- ability to work Monday through Thursday 1 PM to 6 PM and Friday 8 AM to 12 PM
- strong multitasking and organizational skills
- excellent phone etiquette
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- some college or office clerical and computer training preferred
- minimum 1 year office clerical experience with phone handling
- ability to communicate in English and Spanish verbally and in writing
- type 35 plus words per minute
- proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- strong organizational skills
- ability to multitask and take accurate messages
- experience with written English-Spanish translation highly preferred
Job Duties
- Greet and assist employees and visitors
- answer phone calls and take messages
- transfer calls to appropriate departments
- receive, log, and distribute mail and packages
- maintain sign-in logs for visitors
- manage paper supplies for copiers and printers
- maintain monthly records and reports
- support internal departments with special projects and events
- perform general office duties such as filing and creating binders
- maintain office log and act as roll call point in emergencies
- keep records of vouchers and company vehicles
- perform other duties as assigned
