The role requires physical stamina, including the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods, as well as a flexible schedule to accommodate working days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Inside the office, the assistant handles promotional prize fulfillment, event preparation, contest management, participation in weekly promotional meetings, and social media content creation for the stations. This multifaceted position encourages creativity, energetic interaction with the public, and teamwork within the promotions and marketing department. Candidates should be comfortable operating technical equipment for remote broadcasts, managing inventory, and performing light vehicle maintenance tasks.
