Job Requirements
- Must be a minimum of 18 years of age
- Obtain and maintain a valid Non-Gaming Nooksack Tribal Gaming Agency License
- Obtain and maintain a valid Washington State Food Workers Card or an Indian Health Services Food Training Card within 14 days of initial employment
- Proper knife handling and knife skills
- Ability to work in noisy, hot, and fast-paced kitchen environment
- Ability to stand or walk for extensive periods
- Ability to lift and carry objects up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Promotes customer service as a priority
- Prepares and produces items needed in daily production of food in the kitchen, paying special attention to food safety
- Maintains proper rotation of product following the first in, first out policy
- Complies with company and department policies and procedures while practicing positive customer and employee relations
- Provides accurate and timely documentation and reporting of department activities and status as requested
- Maintains a professional and neat appearance of work area
- Maintains a professional and neat appearance and represents the company in a positive manner
- Maintains confidentiality of company and player information
- Performs other job related duties as assigned by management
