Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Retail or customer service experience
- Experience working with children and organizing children's events
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to remain standing for long periods
- Ability to move throughout the store
- Ability to lift heavy boxes and use ladders
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching, and stretching
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and early mornings
- Ability to maintain professionalism and respect in interactions
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Job Duties
- Plan and coordinate multiple events including children birthday parties and craft classes
- Engage with clients of all ages by creating an environment of fun and creativity
- Demonstrate and instruct party participants in craft projects and activities such as face painting
- Facilitate party add-ons like goody bags and balloons according to company standards
- Communicate event details with clients and store team members
- Complete administrative tasks such as answering emails and making phone calls
- Adjust event plans based on client feedback and create backup plans
- Ensure client satisfaction and uphold cleanliness and safety standards before and after events
- Help customers shop and provide product solutions
- Provide fast and friendly checkout experience
- Promote Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and assist with enrollments
- Educate customers on Voice of Customer survey
- Assist with Omni channel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store
- Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes
- Complete merchandise recovery and maintenance
- Perform Store in Stock Optimization and AD set duties
- Support shrink and safety programs
- Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures and Company policies
- Interact respectfully with others and promote company vision and values
- Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production
- Participate in daily store cleanliness activities
- Perform other duties as assigned
