Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Retail or customer service experience
Experience working with children and organizing children's events
Excellent communication skills
Ability to remain standing for long periods
Ability to move throughout the store
Ability to lift heavy boxes and use ladders
Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching, and stretching
Ability to work nights, weekends, and early mornings
Ability to maintain professionalism and respect in interactions
Legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Job Duties

Plan and coordinate multiple events including children birthday parties and craft classes
Engage with clients of all ages by creating an environment of fun and creativity
Demonstrate and instruct party participants in craft projects and activities such as face painting
Facilitate party add-ons like goody bags and balloons according to company standards
Communicate event details with clients and store team members
Complete administrative tasks such as answering emails and making phone calls
Adjust event plans based on client feedback and create backup plans
Ensure client satisfaction and uphold cleanliness and safety standards before and after events
Help customers shop and provide product solutions
Provide fast and friendly checkout experience
Promote Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and assist with enrollments
Educate customers on Voice of Customer survey
Assist with Omni channel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store
Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes
Complete merchandise recovery and maintenance
Perform Store in Stock Optimization and AD set duties
Support shrink and safety programs
Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures and Company policies
Interact respectfully with others and promote company vision and values
Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production
Participate in daily store cleanliness activities
Perform other duties as assigned
