The library continuously invests in modern technologies and user-friendly services to address the evolving needs of its patrons while upholding principles of inclusion, equity, and community engagement. Their strategic priorities focus on excellence in service, outreach, and operational efficiency to maintain a welcoming environment where all individuals can thrive.
The part-time Library Customer Adviser position at the Monfort Heights Branch offers a unique opportunity to contribute directly to the public by providing exceptional customer service in a vibrant library setting.
