We are currently seeking a motivated and responsible Lead Service Valet to join our team. This is a hands-on leadership role reporting directly to the Operations Manager, focused on delivering high-quality, consistent trash collection services at various apartment communities. As a Lead Service Valet, you will be instrumental in supporting team development, ensuring service coverage, and maintaining quality control across assigned service routes. This position serves as a critical steppingstone toward career advancement, particularly the Area Leader role, offering a unique opportunity to develop leadership skills while actively contributing to the smooth operation of daily services.

In this role, you will step in to lead the team whenever Area Leaders are off duty, managing service routes, handling service issues, and maintaining strong client relationships. The position requires a proactive approach to identify service trends, solve problems efficiently, and recommend improvements to prevent recurring issues. You will also participate in training new Service Valets, conducting service audits, and supporting business needs across multiple districts. The job offers a flexible schedule, including weekend and holiday shifts, and provides mileage reimbursement along with a competitive pay rate of $21.00 per hour.
