We are currently seeking a dedicated Server to join our team. This role operates within our dining room, serving meals to senior residents and performing related meal service tasks. The Server position is vital in maintaining a pleasant and efficient dining experience for our residents. This role requires someone who can make quick decisions in a fast-paced restaurant-style setting, especially when checking servers out at the end of shifts. Although experience in food service is preferred, it is not mandatory, as on-the-job training and support are available. The Server works scheduled shifts primarily in the early evening, specifically three to four nights weekly from 3:30 PM to 7:30 PM, with occasional weekend shifts. Notably, the shifts end at 7:30 PM at the latest, ensuring no late-night work. With a competitive wage of up to $22.00 per hour, this part-time position offers an excellent opportunity for those seeking rewarding work within a supportive and friendly environment.

In this role, the Server will administer and follow both written and oral directions, communicate effectively with residents, assist with dining room setups, take and serve food orders in an appropriate manner, and operate in cooperation with the kitchen and dining associates to ensure a pleasant dining atmosphere. The Server is expected to maintain cleanliness in work areas, assist in food preparation under dietary standards, handle kitchen and dining equipment properly, and uphold all safety and infection control policies.
