- Minimum of one year experience in hotel customer service role
- Food safety certification preferred
- Alcohol awareness certification preferred

Job Duties
- Directly responsible to the Banquet Manager/Executive Chef/F&B Director for the performance of all hourly banquet food and beverage servers
- Serve as the personal representative of the hotel to banquet guests
- Provide ongoing direction, supervision, and monitoring to banquet staff
- Coordinate all aspects of room/facilities set-up including audio/visual and food and beverage
- Ensure all efforts are directed toward guest satisfaction, achievement/maintenance of division standards, and profit maximization
- Perform various other duties as assigned
