Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience working at a hotel front desk or in a similar customer service role preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with basic computer applications
- Ability to stand and remain professional during long shifts
- Flexible availability to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- A true desire to deliver exceptional guest service in a fast-paced environment
- Previous front desk experience preferred
- Strong background in customer service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient computer skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time and maintain a professional demeanor
Job Duties
- Manage the guest registration process
- Communicate hotel services and promotions to guests
- Respond to guest inquiries promptly and professionally
- Process various forms of payment accurately
- Maintain the front desk area and ensure a welcoming atmosphere
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
- Provide accurate information regarding hotel policies and local attractions
